Orders, locations, refunds and gateway payouts, synced between Shopify and Sage 300.
A Sage 300 Shopify integration maps each Shopify store and location to a Sage 300 company and location, creates orders in Order Entry with optional fields filled, and posts refunds and gateway payouts in the right currency.
Yes, and it is common: a group may run a South African Shopify store and an international one, each owned by a different company. Each store is connected to its own Sage 300 company, currency and locations. Products shared across stores are mapped per company, because item numbers and optional fields often differ, and consolidated reporting still comes from Sage 300 as it does today.
The field map we agree in discovery, before any code is written.
