How do you integrate Shopify with your accounting or ERP?
Shopify sends a webhook the moment an order is placed, which makes near-real-time sync straightforward. We connect orders, refunds and inventory locations to your accounting or ERP and reconcile payouts from South African payment gateways.

What is different about Shopify in South Africa?
Shopify Payments is not available to South African stores, so payments come through gateways such as PayFast or Peach Payments, each with its own fees and payout timing. Shopify’s order shows the sale; the gateway’s report shows what actually reached your bank. A sound integration joins the two, so the books show gross sales, gateway fees and net deposits rather than a mystery difference at month end.

Why can’t we use Shopify Payments in South Africa?
Shopify Payments isn’t offered to South African stores, so stores use third-party gateways. Their fees and payouts are separate from Shopify’s data, so we reconcile them in the integration.
Is Shopify sync real-time?
Shopify sends webhooks as orders are placed, so orders usually reach your system within seconds to minutes. Stock updates back to Shopify run on a short schedule or on change.
Do you support Shopify POS and multiple locations?
Yes. Each Shopify location is mapped to a warehouse or branch, so online and in-store stock stay accurate.
How much does Shopify integration cost?
A Shopify connector to one accounting system or ERP is usually an Essential connector at R15,000–R35,000 once-off, 1–3 weeks after discovery. Several systems or channels move into the Integration hub tier, R45,000–R120,000.
