Offers, leadtime stock, sales and seller statements, synced between Takealot and Sage 200.
A Sage 200 Evolution Takealot integration sets each offer’s leadtime quantity from the warehouse you ship from, creates Takealot sales as Evolution sales orders for picking, and posts the seller statement against a Takealot customer account.
Most Evolution businesses ship Takealot leadtime orders from one warehouse, often the one closest to Takealot’s Johannesburg or Cape Town distribution centres. We publish that warehouse’s available quantity, less a buffer, to each offer, and keep the stock you have already sent to Takealot in its own warehouse in Evolution. That way a transfer to Takealot is a normal warehouse movement, and the leadtime quantity never includes stock that is already sitting in Takealot’s building.
