Orders, locations, refunds and gateway payouts, synced between Shopify and Sage 200.
A Sage 200 Evolution Shopify integration links each Shopify location to an Evolution warehouse, creates orders as sales orders through the SDK, and posts refunds and gateway payouts so branch accounts stay accurate.
Shopify tracks stock per location, and Evolution tracks it per warehouse, so the mapping is usually one to one: your online warehouse feeds the Shopify web location and each store feeds its Shopify POS location. Orders are created against the warehouse Shopify fulfils from. Because the SDK applies Evolution’s own costing and stock rules, cost of sales is correct without any adjustment by the accounts team at month end.
