Orders, locations, refunds and gateway payouts, synced between Shopify and Sage 50.
A Sage 50 Shopify integration takes Shopify’s order webhooks into a queue, posts them into Pastel through a local agent and sends stock levels from your Sage 50 stores back to the matching Shopify locations.
Shopify fires a webhook the instant an order is placed, but Sage 50 is not reachable from the internet. The middleware catches each webhook immediately, so Shopify always gets a success response, and the agent beside Sage 50 collects the queue every few minutes. That split keeps Shopify happy, keeps Pastel safe behind your firewall and gives you a clear log of which orders have and have not been posted yet.
